As Heard on TV

Ever hear a catchy tune on a TV commercials? One you would you pay 99 cents for, or hit up the artist's MySpace profile or listen to a YouTube video of a song, just so you can listen to the tune about fifteen times and then forget it? Now there is an easier way to get those types of tunes and discard them as quickly as they fall out of national ad circulation. There is Zune Pass.

Just download or stream the track with Zune Pass. Since you don't own all of the music you get through Zune Pass, you can listen to a song featured in a commercial (or any song for that matter) and decide whether it stays or goes. To prove this, the Inside the Circle Staff has put together a playlist of the songs of a few current commercials that have catchy tunes as well as songs that have made their way into our collection as a result of them being a catchy tune featured in a commercial.

We'll link to videos of the commercials, but to hear the full playlist you need to download the ZPL file to the Zune software's playlist folder and open it through the Zune software (how to find your playlist folder). It's either cheaper, easier or quicker to sample all of these songs through Zune Pass than it is to buy these songs individually or watch all the videos on YouTube. 19 tracks @ $0.99 = $18.81, 1 Month Zune Pass = $14.99 + keep 10 tracks for free each month. Also we think it's easier to open one windows for 19 tracks and not open 19 windows for one track.

*Listed but not available for purchase in the Zune Marketplace. It's on the list because Solar really liked the ad campaign.
