As someone who enjoys the music of Hikaru Utada, this is something I’m pretty happy about. The newest Zune device will be able to display foreign characters in addition to the US ones. No more of those little crazy boxes. It’s interesting because the software was able to display them (which I think it’s because the PC itself has unicode support). Just another tidbit about the forthcoming Zune HD.

It's about time. I've been waiting for this since the launch of the Zune product. Hopefully all the older Zune's will get this update as well. I wont get happy until I actually see it happen. I'm tired of being let down update after update.

The unicode support for the Zune HD was announced on the latest Zune Insider podcast. Now as far as will it be given to older devices, I would hope they would.
As a fan of imported music, I'm glad that this feature is even being done at all. -

Hellz yeah we like that? And dude, you and Jessica sound like two people who were in the middle of a conversation that we all just happened upon, but you guys decided to keep talking.
I like that format. Especially when you're both like "So you wanna hear my interview?" "I guess so" Haha, that's priceless! -

It's all good, Nisshoku -
It's a feature that's long overdue as far as I'm concerned. -

Thanks. It's going to be great being able to read my music :). I will definitely be purchasing a Zune HD. I'm crossing my fingers theres a 64gb Zune HD. I can go from 80gb to 64gb but not 32gb.
