Recently, I've decided to sample the "Green Room" podcast -- it's an original production by Zune in which you get to hear from artists (in their own words) about life as musician, their motivations, etc. Frankly, I've found this series to be engaging. They're done in three parts, all of them relatively short and it really helps you get to know some of these musicians better.
